3. Account Registration

5. Orders & Payments

a. Order Confirmation

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
• Order acceptance is subject to product availability and vendor approval.

b. Payment

• We accept multiple payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payments.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of order (except COD).

6. Delivery & Pickup

• Deliveries are available in specific service areas. Please check availability before placing an order.
• Estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
• Store pickup is available if selected. You must show your order ID at pickup.

We are not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, traffic, or vendor unavailability.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

• You can cancel your order before dispatch from the vendor.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Refunds are not applicable for orders already delivered or picked up unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

8. Returns and Complaints

• Spoiled or incorrect products, please contact our support team within 2 hours of delivery.
• Attach a photo of the product and order details for faster resolution.

We reserve the right to reject any return request without sufficient proof.

• Create fake orders or accounts
• Post inappropriate or misleading reviews
• Attempt to hack, disable or interfere with the website’s operations

Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

We are not liable for:

• Errors in product details or pricing due to vendor input
• Delays or failures beyond our control
• Any loss or damage resulting from using or relying on our services

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order.
