At HensGo, our mission is to bring fresh, high-quality chicken and meat products to your doorstep with convenience, care, and cleanliness. Whether you choose home delivery or prefer store pickup, we aim to make your experience seamless and satisfying.

📍 Serviceable Locations

Currently, HensGo services are available in Tirupur.
We’ve partnered with trusted local butchers to ensure freshness and quality. As our network grows, more stores and delivery areas will be added, making it even easier to order from your nearest meat shop.

How to Check Availability:

  • On each product page, you can select your delivery or pickup area.
  • During checkout, you’ll be asked to confirm your delivery location.
  • If your area isn’t listed yet, don’t worry — we’re expanding soon!

🕒 Delivery Timings & Schedule

We understand the importance of timely delivery — especially when it comes to fresh meat. Our delivery windows are designed to suit your daily schedule.

Delivery Slots:

  • Morning Slot: 7 AM – 11 AM
  • Afternoon Slot: 12 PM – 3 PM
  • Evening Slot: 4 PM – 8 PM

You can choose your preferred delivery slot during checkout.
If a slot isn’t selected, we’ll deliver based on earliest availability.

Order Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be delivered the same day (based on availability)
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be scheduled for next-day delivery

💵 Delivery Charges

We keep our delivery fees minimal and transparent:

  • Free Delivery for orders above ₹499
  • ₹29 delivery fee for orders below ₹499

We may waive delivery charges during promotions or first-time orders.

🛍️ Store Pickup Option

Prefer picking up your order yourself? Choose Store Pickup!

How it works:

  • Select Pickup at Store at the time of ordering
  • Choose your nearest HensGo partner butcher shop
  • Receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup
  • Visit the store and show your order confirmation to collect it

Pickup is usually ready within 30–60 minutes depending on order volume.

📦 Packaging & Freshness Commitment

All products ordered from HensGo are:

  • Freshly cut only after you place your order
  • Packed in leak-proof, food-grade pouches
  • Delivered in chilled, sanitized boxes to maintain freshness

We avoid storing meat for long durations. Our meat is cut, packed, and dispatched the same day to maintain its natural taste and texture.

🔄 Delays, Rescheduling & Cancellations

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors (traffic, weather, stock issues) may cause occasional delays.

If your order is delayed:

  • You will receive real-time updates via SMS/Email
  • Our support team will contact you for alternate time slots
  • You can also request rescheduling or cancellation from your account page

Cancellations before order processing are free of charge. Cancellations post-processing may be subject to partial deductions.
