Return Eligibility
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns unless:
- The product delivered is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect.
- You receive an item not matching your order (wrong cut, quantity, etc.).
- You notice a quality issue at the time of delivery or pickup.
Return Timeframe
To be eligible for a return or refund:
- You must report the issue within 2 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide photo or video proof of the issue for faster resolution.
Refund Policy
If your issue qualifies:
- We will process a full or partial refund based on the nature of the problem.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
- Refunds may take 2–5 business days to reflect in your account.
No Refunds Will Be Issued If:
- You change your mind after the order has been prepared or dispatched.
- The issue is reported after the return timeframe.
- The product is consumed or tampered with before reporting.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled up to 15 minutes after placing.
- For cancellations beyond that time, refunds may not be applicable if the order is already being prepared.
